Refund policy
We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction return policy. You will have 30 days from the receipt of your device to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your device must be in the same condition that you received it.
Devices that have been misused or damaged due to negligence cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@meawater.com

5 year Manufacturer Warranty
We are pleased to extend a 5-year manufacturer warranty that covers device defects and workmanship of your MEA Water device. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty does not include improper installation, dropping, accidental damage, misuse, sunlight damage, freeze damage and natural disasters.
To make a claim we require your proof of purchase and the batch/model number which is noted in the installation guide and on your device. Should your device be deemed to have a manufacturer defect we will repair or replace the device.
