This paper discusses the traditional or classic science about the Earth is that it is in a static or constant state, whereby the Earth’s mass, gravity, water volume, etc. are unchanged in time. However, this static Earth theory does consider theEarth surface and upper crust as dynamic due to volcanic and earthquake activity. This paper also coverwater crisis during droughts.
