The purpose of this paper is to discuss the dynamic states of water and how Earth energies (eg. magnetism, gravity, etc.) influence these states. Of course, there is nothing definitive about these states and particularly the understanding of how water responds to magnetism, and indeed how gravity is influenced by magnetism.
