Where do we ship from ? - All orders are shipped from Australia. We are proudly 100% Australian owned and manufactured. Each device is checked and tested on site before being shipped.
What shipping carrier do we use ? - We use Australia post and their partners for both domestic and international orders.
How long does my shipping take ? - Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. You will receive a confirmation email or sms for your order and confirmation once the order is shipped. Below are links to search your delivery area for shipping type E.G - Standard or Express and shipping time.

Is my order insured ? - YES all orders are covered by MEA water in the unlikely event it goes missing.
Shipping costs - Shipping costs are calculated by Australia post.
Taxes and duties - It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your country.
Customer information - MEA Water will not be liable for delays in delivery due to incorrect customer information provided during checkout.
